The Rosendale Recreation / Community Center
The town of Rosendale Community Center is located 3/10ths of a mile south of the intersection of Routes 213 and 32 (the intersection right near the bridge over the Rondout).
The building includes several cutting-edge green features including a geothermal heating and cooling system and lots of natural daylight. Overall, the building uses half as much energy for heating and cooling as similar buildings.
