Mission Statement
The mission of the Music Festival of Rosendale, Inc. to be held on Main Street, Rosendale, New York, is to foster Economic Support and Community Interaction, help fund local Non-Profit projects, help local Arts and Civic Organizations and to celebrate diversity in the Town of Rosendale
We are a not-for-profit, grassroots citizens organization that comes together for the purpose of continuing the legendary Rosendale Street Festival for the multiple benefits it offers to our community and the Mid-Hudson Valley as a whole.
Although the spiritual successor to the Rosendale Street Festivals begun in 1978 a number of considerations, including a five year hiatus, made it simpler to establish ourselves as a new legal entity. Hence we organized the not-for-profit corporation duly registered in New York State as the Music Festival of Rosendale, Inc.
